Humans Right Campaign Dinner 2022

D. Geller & Son is passionate about giving back to the community and we strive to support worthy organizations that fight for varied causes, all of importance to making our communities stronger. We pride ourselves on partnering with charities and organizations that advocate for others. One organization that does an incredible job at supporting and standing up for other humans is The Human Rights Campaign (HRC).

The Human Rights Campaign is an organization that we have been supporting since 2015. The HRC has been an active organization for over 40 years and they have 3 million members and supporters across the nation. Using their words, "Our goal is to ensure that all LGBTQ+ people, and particularly those of us who are trans, people of color and HIV+, are treated as full and equal citizens within our movement, across our country and around the world." (https://www.hrc.org/about). 

We were thrilled to be able to return to in-person events this year and attend the HRC Atlanta Dinner & Auction. The gala consists of a silent auction, dinner, featured guest speakers, as well as a live auction. This year's featured speakers included Stacey Abrams and Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens. Our honored guests for the evening were Denice & Tesha Lesure, and D. Geller & Son was represented by Jonathan Geller, Meredith Naggar (Sales Manager, Sandy Springs), Lea Heil (Bench Jeweler), as well as significant others. Part of our sponsorship of this incredible gala was a $5,000 D. Geller & Son shopping spree that was featured during the evening's live auction. We had an incredible time supporting this fundraiser and hope to see you at the next one!
