Here at D. Geller & Son, we take pride our community, and giving back in any way we can. That is why we have partnered with CURE Childhood Cancer to make a lasting impact on families who face childhood cancer diagnosis.
Founded in Atlanta in 1975, CURE Childhood Cancer is committed to fighting childhood cancer through targeted research while supporting patients and their families. With cancer as a leading cause of death in children, CURE funds more than $4.7 million to research projects directed at curing cancers that affect children. We have served the Atlanta community for generations and we knew we had to help one of our neighbors at CURE in any way we could.
We created three elegant pendants stylized with a drop shape of the “R” in the CURE logo as inspiration for the teardrop-shaped pendants. The three selections in the pendants include the sterling silver with a single .05 carat diamond, a 14k yellow girl with a single .05 carat diamond, and a 14k white gold with diamond trim and single center diamond totaling .2 carats. During September, the National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, we donated 50% of proceeds from the pendant sales to CURE.
View the CURE Collection HERENot only did we create three stunning pendants, but we also partnered with CURE to create a limitless custom jewelry package as part of the exclusive live auction at their 9th annual Believe Ball. We were honored to offer the opportunity to join us for an interactive, one-on-one consultation, carrying participants through an educational, creative process. This package was even more unique because it creates something that will outlast the experience itself by generations – $10,000 of fully custom, one-of-a-kind jewelry. The lucky winners of our live auction package will be invited to our showroom to browse and privately view as much jewelry as their heart desires! Then, they will sit down with our custom department lead, and begin to craft their own ideas. After that is done, we will join our Computer Aided Design (CAD) team on a video call where they can make any minor adjustments. Finally, they will come back to the showroom and watch as our own jewelers complete the final finishing and polishing by hand. Just like that, they will have a truly unique piece or collection of pieces that will hold a special place in their heart for generations to come.
